Baskets & Donations

Effective November 8, 2005, Civic Service Union 52 will now be giving floral arrangements or fruit baskets for the following:

• Birth/Adoption

Live flower arrangements or a fruit basket along with a CSU 52 Baby Calendar will be sent to the following individuals:

     CSU 52 Member or Spouse/Partner

• Illness

Live flower arrangements or fruit basket will be sent to the following individuals:

CSU 52 Member who has been absent from work due to           illness  after a two (2) week period, or hospitalized for major     surgery.

• Death

A donation of $35.00 to a registered Charitable Organization of the member's choice, or a live flower arrangement or a fruit basket will be sent to the member upon the death of the following:

     CSU 52 Member’s Spouse/Partner
CSU 52 Member’s Parents
CSU 52 Member’s Children
CSU 52 Member's Siblings (brother/sister)
CSU 52 Member's Mother-in-law or Father-in-law
CSU 52 Member's Grandparents

In the event of the death of a CSU 52 member, a live flower arrangement or a fruit basket will be sent to the family, or a donation will be made to a registered Charitable Organization.

Cost of each basket is $40.66 which includes the GST and delivery charge.  Virginia Park Flowers & Safeway are our distributors for the baskets.  Each basket will also include a card for that specific occasion personally signed by the President.

Delivery is made only within the City of Edmonton,  Sherwood Park & St. Albert.  Regular Delivery Only.  If delivery is required outside of these areas, CSU 52 members can pick up the baskets or arrange to have the basket delivered to their work place.
