Membership Information Forms

It is very important for the members to keep the Union updated with your personal information such as; work location, home address information, etc. Following are some of the reasons we request this information:

a) in case there is a strike

b) to send out fruit/flower baskets for bereavement, birth or illness

c) members that are on LTD or STD can be notified of upcoming events

d) if our Union is raided by another Union, we can send out correspondence through the mail

e) with the F.O.I.P. Act in place, Human Resource departments are no longer allowed to give out any personal information to the Union.

f) so invitations can be sent to the CSU 52 retirees for the Spring Banquet

Please feel free to print off the Membership Update Form and fill it out and either fax or send it through interdepartmental mail to the Union office.
