To: CSU 52 Members of Capital Power

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Capital Power Corporation and Civic Service Union 52 has been signed. The MOA requires ratification by both the Employer and the Union and will form the new Collective Agreement. Both parties are recommending ratification to their respective principals.

If ratified, the new MOA represents a four-year contract which will expire December, 2025.

The contents of the deal will be presented at the information sessions and your bargaining team will be available to respond to the membership’s questions. Please wait until the information sessions to ask your questions , respecting the efficiency of only answering questions once.

Please take note of the scheduled information sessions and timing of the ratification process.

CSU 52 is recommending ratification of this Memorandum of Agreement. To view the MOA, see the bottom of this page - member-login is required.
