As duly elected representatives, Shop Stewards are one of the most important positions in the Union. Members rely on their Shop Stewards for guidance and assistance in resolving workplace issues and problems. Shop Stewards are the first line of defense when the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is violated and grievances arise.
